TERMS OF SALE
All bookings must be made through:

(We recommend including your mobile number in the email for easier contact) - Via e-commerce directly on our website
- By phone with credit card payment
- At our offices:
In Gressoney La Trinité (at the base of the chairlift)
In Stafal, where we have two locations: One next to the ticket office and One between the two main lift stations
PAYMENT METHODS
Lessons are confirmed only upon payment.
We require full advance payment of the booking via:
- Bank transfer to the “Associazione Maestri di Sci Gressoney Monterosa” with the following details:
IBAN: IT35H0306931570100000061941
BIC: BCITITMM
(Please include the name and surname of the booking party in the transfer reference and send us proof of payment on the same day of the booking) - Credit card by calling our offices directly (if there is no answer, please send an email with your mobile number and we will call you back as soon as possible) or via a link we send by email or SMS (Amex not accepted).
LESSON START POINT
Please note that all lessons always start from loc. Stafal.
LESSON DURATION
Each individual lesson lasts 55 minutes.
BOOKING CHANGES
You can modify (not cancel) your booking based on availability up to 48 hours before the lesson starts. After this period, it will no longer be possible to change the dates, but you can change the participants’ names without any penalty.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
Once booked, ski or snowboard lessons ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We strongly recommend insuring the lessons with an appropriate insurance policy.
We suggest Snowcare Lessons cancellation insurance, which can be purchased together with the lessons (see dsw.24hassistance.com), allowing refunds for lessons up to 48 hours before in cases of:
- Illness
- Injury
- Unexpected work commitments
- Inability to reach the ski resort
- Change or cancellation of vacation plans
- Medical appointment.
Note: This insurance does not cover accidents on the slopes, for which a specific insurance policy must be purchased when buying the skipass.
CANCELLATION BY THE SCHOOL
In the event that the lifts remain closed and the lessons cannot take place, you may request a refund or use the credit to reschedule the lesson during the current season. Lessons will be held as scheduled in case of bad weather (rain, snow), unless the lifts are completely closed.
VARIATIONS
Instructor change: The school reserves the right to change the assigned instructor if necessary for internal reasons.
Instructor illness: If the assigned instructor is unable to conduct the lesson due to illness, the school will strive to find a replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, the lesson will be refunded.
SKIPASS
Not included in the ski lesson.
