SELLING CONDITIONS

All bookings must be made via email to info@scuolascigressoneymonterosa.it (we recommend including your mobile phone number in the email for contact purposes), over the phone with credit card payment, or at our offices in Gressoney La Trinité (at the foot of the chairlift) or in Stafal where we have two offices, one next to the ticket office and one between the two lift departures.

DEPARTURE Please note that all lessons depart from Stafal. Lesson Duration Each single lesson hour has a duration of 55 minutes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Lessons are confirmed upon payment. Prepayment of the total booking amount is required. Through:

• Bank transfer payable to “Associazione Maestri di Sci Gressoney Monterosa” with reason: name and surname of the booker, please send us a copy of the payment on the same day of the booking.

• Credit card by calling our offices directly (if there is no response, please send an email with your mobile phone number and you will be called back as soon as possible) or (no Amex).

CHANGES TO THE BOOKING

You can modify the booking subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start of the lesson. Beyond this deadline, it will not be possible to change the dates, but you can change the names of the participants without any penalty.

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

You can cancel the booking up to 48 hours before its start and request a refund. Beyond this deadline, the lesson will not be refunded. We recommend cancellation insurance (please consult SNOWCARE LESSONS: dsw.24hassistance.com; https://24hassistance.com/denunciaSL), which allows for a refund of the lesson within 48 hours in case of · Illness · Injury · NEW Quarantine · Death · Hospitalization · Medical examination summons · Dismissal or new employment · Change of residence · Cancellation or modification of holiday plans · Damage to the home This insurance does not cover skiing accident insurance, which must be purchased at the time of buying the ski pass. Skipass: not included in the ski lesson

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION BY THE SCHOOL:

In the event that the facilities remain closed and lessons cannot be conducted, you may request a refund or use the credit for rescheduling in the current season. Lessons will proceed as scheduled in case of inclement weather (rain, snow), unless the facilities are closed.

NON-REFUNDABLE GROUP LESSONS:

Group lessons, as they have a flat rate, are not refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.

VARIATIONS

Change of instructor: The school reserves the right to change the instructor’s name if necessary within the school.

Instructor illness: In the event that the instructor is unable to conduct the lesson, the school undertakes to find a replacement. If this is not possible or not in line with the client’s requirements, the lesson will be refunded.
